Flow > Strategy when it comes to growing a business

bucoheadshothands
Why hello there,

I'm Lauren Fritsch and I'd love for you to consider joining me and some fellow rebel mystics in FLOW starting November 8.

This course as an antidote to the typical technical,  skills-based or business model-oriented courses out there because I think it's easy to get caught up in chasing whatever is the new shiny business trend of the moment and think that's what one needs to be successful.

We did not start our businesses many moons ago in order to become slaves to social media, to measure our progress by our zeroes, to dominate our days with tasks that take us away from our joy.

Flow is for:

    • Women who are geniuses and who have perhaps not experienced the success their expertise and excellence might otherwise merit.
  • Entrepreneurs who have lots of knowledge of the game of business and who know that success is more than just following someone else's blueprint.

  • Those who struggle to maintain momentum, focus, and delight in their creations and work.

  • The rebel mystic polymaths among us who have incredible knowing that you're here for something great and some days need a reminder how close you might be to it.

I've created FLOW specifically to build your internal capacity for growth in three very distinct ways that build sequentially on one another.

Physiology

The physical body is the foundation of the FLOW course because we are embodied beings, running around in our human sacks and creating on a physical plane.
We have to ground our dreams and desires in physical form- so we begin here.

Mindset

We need intellectual, experiential, and psycho-spiritual approaches to support our shifts in mindset. During FLOW, you'll receive simple approaches that encompass these three crucial layers to create a personalized treasure chest of tools to support your mindset changes when things get tough.

Strategy

The final piece of the FLOW puzzle is taking strategic, joyful action over time. We systematically build business and life rituals that not only feel good in process but also yield greater returns over time.
The journey becomes the destination.

Consider FLOW an elixir that rounds out your expertise and your desires,  your hard and soft skills, your current market and where you are heading in the very near future, infusing them with notes of your own magic and bringing them all together more powerfully than you could ever imagine.

Let's go deeper on Physiology, Mindset and Strategy...

My three-part approach to creating FLOW yields joyful money and more day-to-day delight. Click through to read why this approach is even necessary at this point in the evolution of business life.

PHYSIOLOGY

The physical body is the foundation of the FLOW course because we are embodied beings, creating on a physical plane. I find that when we prepare our physical bodies well for the creation of our dreams and desires, then it's far easier to welcome them without drama, resistance or outright refusal.

Moreover, if you identify as a rebel/mystic/polymath you might have found all kinds of respite (in the distant past amiright) in denying/mortifying the flesh because people (self and others) have had a maddening tendency to betray.

Now that you are solidly through at least the first half of your spiritual journey you revel in the gifts of this physical realm and honor your body in a way that might astonish the juvenile you.

Still, over the past 17 years of coaching and consulting, I've realized that asking our brains and limbs to push forward towards goals, towards new customers and new posts can trigger our bodies' memory of trauma in ways that derail our desired actions. Those traumas could be large or small,  ours or our ancestors, or even collective.

And they can seriously impede movement towards what you desire.

How then do we reconcile our bodies' willingness (or lack thereof) with our brains explicit goals?

For me, physiology comes first- by calming the Autonomic Nervous System in a variety of ways we take the first step towards cultivating FLOW.

My approach to the nervous system is informed by my own research, my nearly three decades as an athletic and movement instructor, and by the latest discoveries in neuroscience as well as a sprinkling of divine magic.

Each training day we'll set the physical stage with a new way to cultivate a calm Autonomic Nervous System so that Flow becomes more regularly attainable.

MINDSET

Mindset is the next layer that moves us toward Flow.

At this point mindset is almost a throw-away word, so let me define it beyond the obvious usage.

For me, mindset encompasses the beliefs, ideas, dreams, mantras, and attitudes that contribute to our perspective of ourselves, the world and how each relates to the other.

Mindset is malleable because our brains are plastic- the brain can change on an actual physical level! Hallelujah!  So that means that those beliefs, dreams, etc can change too.

Except that changing them can sometimes prove to be really freaking hard.

We see evidence of this when we experience the same patterns in our lives over and over and over again- paying down the credit cards only to rack up huge debt again; dating the same type of person relationship after relationship; making lifestyle changes only to slip back into the old ways.

You might not identify with those specific examples, you rebel mystic polymath you, but perhaps you experience more subtle patterns that show up.

Regardless of your own personal challenges, you already have the much heralded growth mindset- you wouldn't be reading this otherwise.  I'm personally super glad that the growth mindset concept has become trendy.

And I think much of mindset mastery needs to encompass several layers of understanding- it's not as simple as affirmations or "letting go" of limiting beliefs.  First of all, if your limbic brain is triggered, changing your mindset is next to impossible (which is why we start with physiology).

Another reason it's tough to change one's mindset is that most approaches don't address the essential layers that make up mindset.

We need intellectual, experiential, and psycho-spiritual approaches to support our shifts in mindset.

During FLOW, you'll receive simple approaches that encompass these three crucial layers to create a personalized treasure chest of tools to support your mindset changes when things get tough.

STRATEGY

I believe that concrete small actions create success in a non-linear way and frankly we never actually know which actions, products or promotions will be the winners until after the fact.

Look at the recent monumental success of Squid Game on Netflix. Netflix was systematically investing over time in a catalog of Korean language programming but the worldwide dominance of the show completely took them and the rest of the media by surprise.

The final piece of the FLOW puzzle is taking strategic, joyful action over time.

We systematically build business and life rituals that not only feel good in process but also yield greater returns over time.

Never do we compromise values or energy nor do we try to put the strategy horse before the physiology/mindset cart. You will use the joyful strategy most days but from a completely perspective (I hope) than before.

Physiology, mindset, and joyful strategy combine to create FLOW-

a new way to experience your entrepreneurship that is not only more lucrative but also much more fun!

The intention is that we use these three approaches to spend more time in a FLOW state, less time "working," and subsequently feel more joy and make more money as a result.

Whether you want to ignite your creative projects, sell more of a signature program, or build something brand new, I offer you FLOW.

Frequently Asked Questions

Because you  might have some...

Do I need to have a product or service for FLOW to work for me?

Yes. FLOW works best for established business owners who have sold products and/or services to clients in the past. It's totally ok if you're pivoting, if you have a new program or product you want to promote or if you're in the "I don't know what to do" club. As long as you have sold things in the past, you'll have what you need as a foundation for a successful FLOW.

What's a rebel mystic polymath?

I use various descriptors to call out to my people. Rebels because you might not like to follow the rules. Mystics because you like a healthy dose of magical realism in your work and life. Polymaths because I hate that infernal term "multipassionista" or some other gendered term for people with multiple layers to their genius. In the past we'd just call you Leonardo da Vinci! If you vibe, yay! If not, that's cool too.

What kinds of results can I expect from this program?

Here's the main goal: to feel great doing work you love that you get paid well for.

My intention for FLOW is for you to have tools that can help you overcome inertia, experience delight in your day-to-day and yes add some dollars to your bank account!

What's up with the pay what you can pricing?

I believe in Gentle Marketing and Sales. To that end, I decided to meet people where they are with the pricing. I trust you to make decisions about your growth in a powerful way so I'm offering something other than the one price/binary that is most common in the business world.

Think of it as a sliding scale- and you decide where you fall on it.

How long will I spend on FLOW content each week?

Each mini-training video is under 5 minutes and if it's ok with your nervous system you can watch them at a sped up pace. You can also opt to listen to or read them. So you'll spend approximately 15 minutes 3x a week on training videos.

The tasks associated with each training video could take between 2 and 20 minutes depending on the prompt.

All told, anticipate 3-5 hours per week. And remember, we're aiming to get into FLOW so that we can wrinkle time.

FLOW begins on November 8. Join us!

About Me

I've been my own boss since 2004 and leading businesses since 2006 as a consultant, advisor and coach to CEOs of larger organizations and some small businesses too.

My work focuses on creating sustainable business models for all involved- the creators, the consumers, and supply chain. I do that mostly by offering alternative approaches to traditional business methods that prioritize healing, joy, and growth.

Over the years I've written a weekly style column for a newspaper, designed handbags in Italy and software in Ohio, taught over 5000 hours of yoga, coached members of Congress and the CEOs of billion dollar organizations, been a speaker at SXSW 5x and had both Teachable and Kajabi copy my  work for one of their competitors!? (I know wth.)

I'm married to a Brit, have a pint sized red headed PANDA I'm homeschooling, and am currently renovating our villa in the Dominican Republic.

What this means for you: I'm a weirdo combination of massive business experience, trauma-informed woo, and full of fun surprises. Oh, and nearly all my customers are repeats! xxL
